DWD Contact Manager is a user friendly CRM database which enables the small business user to keep track of their customer contact details.

The package is used to set up customer records with name, address, phone and email details, in addition to recording details of all communications with the customer.

The database has a simple user interface to filter out relevant information needed by the business owner to manage their customer accounts. For example, the user is able to produce a list of all telephone calls received within a given date range.

DWD Contact Manager also produces a report of all customer communications that require follow up.
