Ecofiling is a very easy-to-use collaboration site that allows SMBs and companies with remote employees with the ability to work on documents and presentations in a safe, secure and version-controlled environment. The company uses Amazon's storage infrastructure, so the user gets all the benefits of Amazon's bank-class security. Built-in audit trail: It's one thing to send out messages to your employees, colleagues and such, but it's another to make sure your messages are read. You can make sure users are reading important files by using the built-in auditing tool. This takes collaboration one step further - not only can you make files available to colleagues, but you can also makes sure they get read!

Send big files: Let's say you have to send a big file a colleague, such as a presentation, CAD file, high-res graphic or audio file, X-ray or legal documents and let's say the file size is more than your email server will handle. Using the same technology as 2Large2Email.com, you can upload your file to the server; the system then lets your colleague know that a file is there for them to read by sending them an email with a URL where they can view and download the file. POP and IMAP mail limitations no long will make it impossible for you to send out large emails!
